1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Daichotomy Inc. ("Daichotomy", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

This site describes who we are and how we work as a game publisher. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or a commitment to publish, fund, or represent any game. Any publishing relationship begins only with a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

3. Submissions

You can send us information about your game through the contact form. Because we want that to be safe for you, these points are worth stating plainly:

• Your work stays yours. Sending us material grants us no ownership of it and no licence to use it, beyond reading and internally evaluating what you sent so we can reply to you.
• An unsolicited submission is not confidential. We will treat it with discretion, but we cannot promise confidentiality for material sent through a public web form. If your project needs an NDA in place first, tell us that instead of sending the material, and we will arrange one.
• We may already be working on something similar. Games converge. Our evaluating or later publishing a title that resembles yours is not, on its own, evidence that we used your submission.
• Send only what is yours to send. You confirm you have the right to share the material you submit and that doing so breaches no one else's rights or agreements.

We read everything we receive, but we cannot guarantee a reply to every submission or commit to any response time.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not use this site or its contact form to send unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive material, to send bulk unsolicited messages, or to attempt to interfere with, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.

5. Our content

The name Daichotomy, our logo, and the text, design, and other material on this site belong to us or to our partners and are protected by intellectual property law. Partner names and logos shown on this site are the property of their respective owners and appear with their agreement. You may quote or link to our pages with attribution; anything more needs our written permission.

6. Links to other sites

Where we link to a partner or third-party site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.

7. Availability and accuracy

We keep this site accurate and available as best we reasonably can, but we provide it as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at every moment, and we may change or remove any part of it without notice.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for our own intent or gross negligence, or any statutory rights you hold as a consumer.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms. The current version always appears on this page with its effective date, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute arising from them falls to the courts of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to any mandatory protections available to you where you live.
